Ok, so I had to take a pic of my quinoa-carrots-and lentil stew. Wow, it was a lot of choppin' but isn't that gorgeous! It was a great recipe!
We got a chance to head down to Phoenix for several reasons. First, to go to the Temple. Yay! We had some friends who watched Rayla at the temple so we could go. Chad is starting his CFI this week which means we won't be doing ANYTHING for the next 2-3 months. We decided to celebrate our anniversary early so after the temple we went to eat at PF Changs in Scottsdale. Yummy! We had a fun time.

I had to get a picture of Rayla Bay really focusing on her daddy filling up the trailer with new shelving. I think she was really curious about the fork-lift that got a little to close. lol!
