Rayla's first Ouchie! I wish I could say she did it but this was ALL mommy. We were on our way to Slide Rock and I was sitting in the backseat with her. I noticed she had a hang nail so I grabbed some clippers. I clipped the hang nail off and noticed her nail was still a little jagged. I tried to clip that part and ended up bouncing and clipping the top of her finger off! OUCH! It took a big chunk out and wouldn't stop bleeding. My heart ached and I couldn't believe I did it! Thank goodness Chris and Bri had been through several ouchies with Clayton so they made me feel much better that she was going to live and there were going to be many many more ouchies. We bandaged her up and she enjoyed the rest of the day at Slide Rock! I was really amazed because she didn't really even cry. No worries though, it is all healed up now:-) Note to self: No cutting nails in the car!
